Rigid Lifters

RAB 5 and RAB 8

TL Manufacturing Inc has introduced the first one piece rigid lifter and encloure combination. The Rigid Anchor Box (RAB) comes in two sizes the 5 (10000 lb capacity) and the 8 (16000 lb capacity).

The RAB 5 is designed for installation in 6-7 inch wall thickness while the RAB 8 provides for higher capacities and structure wall thickness of 8-12 inches.

The RAB is secured to your predetermined wire or rebar mat and secured with only a few wire ties. The box face should be placed to apply presure on the form wall. Rebar is place above the anchor tails in each bend toward the face of the box. This will allow for the lifter to utilize the entire steel reinforcement mat durng use.

Once the form is opened the face of the box is flush with the concrete face of your product. Simply knock out the face and lift with a standard lifting hook. No special lifting lug is required.

The RAB reduces the need for expensive rubber inserts, magnets and various size anchors. In short less products to inventory, track, order, and store. Also our unique anchors pentrate deeper into the structure for a safer and more reliable lifting point. Our unique galvanized lifter prevents unwanted rust stains on products that must be stored for longer periods.
